In the performance of these duties connecting Industry and the US Department of Defense, I conduct numerous Conferences and Workshops annually to promote the continuous interaction between government and industry that is essential in today’s world.

My BSEE is from the University of California, and I have numerous papers and delivered presentations in my portfolio, most on Radar Systems, Logistics, Program Management, and Systems Engineering. I hold the US Patent for a satellite-based Advanced Maintenance System for Aircraft & Military Weapons, issued in August 1999, which is now in widespread use throughout the US military.

I have an extensive background with IEEE, listed on my IEEE experience section which follows.

I am the recipient of the Westinghouse Order of Merit, the IEEE Third Millennium Medal, the “Man Of The Year” Award from IEEE-AUTOTESTCON, and the Lt Gen Thomas Ferguson Award for Systems Engineering from NDIA, as well as numerous other awards and honors.
